DHPDirect Hire Partners

Process

How the search runs.

No résumé dumps, no talent catalog, no browsing profiles. A recruiter runs the search and hands you a short list of people who have already proven they can hold a service call.

  1. 01

Tell us what the office needs

A 30-minute intake call covering call volume, business hours, seasonality, service area, dispatch software, who they report to, the responsibilities that actually matter, and the pay range.

    What you do
One call, plus a look at the written brief.
    What you get
A written role brief you approve before sourcing begins.
  2. 02

    We recruit

Active outreach through our own pipeline in the Philippines and Latin America, plus referrals from people we have already placed. We are looking for CSR, dispatch, sales, or admin experience in U.S. service businesses.

    What you do
    Nothing.
    What you get
A sourced pool, typically 150 to 250 candidates per search.
  3. 03

    We test

Recorded phone role-play against a real service scenario, written follow-up sample, scheduling judgment questions, note-taking review, and a walk-through of the software the role requires.

    What you do
    Nothing.
    What you get
Scored assessments and call recordings for everyone who advances.
  4. 04

    Meet the finalists

Two to four candidates we would hire ourselves. Each comes with a written profile, a call sample, verified experience, pay expectation, and a stated reservation. We schedule your interviews.

    What you do
Two to four interviews. Usually under three hours total.
    What you get
The shortlist, delivered in a median of 14 days from kickoff.
  5. 05

    Hire directly

Choose your person. We help with the offer, the start date, time-zone setup, and the first two weeks of onboarding. Then we are out of the relationship.

    What you do
Make the offer and pay your employee directly.
    What you get
A placed hire, plus six months of replacement protection.

The test that matters

A homeowner calls at 4:45 PM with no cooling.

Every CSR and dispatcher candidate runs this scenario live with a recruiter. We are listening for whether they gather the right information, communicate urgency calmly, set honest expectations, book the correct slot, document the call, and stay professional when the homeowner is not.

You get the recording. You can hear them before you ever get on a call.
